When your record does way less sales than you thought it would do and it is pretty crappy to boot, how do you fix it? You sign yourself up to get a bunch of fake awards while hosting it and appearing shocked that you are winning everything. Oh, and want to really juice it? Guess who is going to make her comeback at the show? That A+ lister. The only question is whether they will sing together.

ReplyDeleteDamn, bc of social media we just can't get rid of these has beens like we could in the 80's & 90's. Buying SM followers doesn't = record sales, so they go buy themselves awards and go yachting to pay for it.

ReplyDeleteI always liked Katy, but she seems desperate and out there right now. Singing with Regina George in sheep's clothing would've been something a few years ago, now it's just another publicity stunt on top of all the others.
