Yeah, this sounds like BS. Amber Rose has been championing women's sexuality for years. She's annoying, but I can't possibly imagine that she would make fun of a woman who was raped.
There are few things I take more seriously than rape and victims of sexual abuse. That said, it does seem incongruous with amber's efforts to date and this is pretty light on detail. Did they know she was? Did they laugh at her because she was? If so then I of course take all this back. Either way they're mean girls and I wouldn't be friends - like most of hwood
