This foreign born permanent A list mostly movie actor is old. Super old. He is working his cranky tail off though because he thinks there is a role for him in a franchise of which he has been a part of the past decade or more. He is going to be crushed if they tell him no, which is the way things are leaning.

ReplyDeleteThis BI really doesn't make sense. He has done a single live action film in 15 years. He's done 2 voice overs in that time and he's supposedly retired. Plus no recent Indiana Jones films for him.

ReplyDeleteMakes sense. I just saw the old Indiana Jones movies on tv, which (in my experience) usually means there's something up and coming. Harrison Ford's IMDB has an Indiana Jones project scheduled for 2020 release.
ReplyDeleteI hate to say it, but based on the recent pictures and video of him walking down the street, I'm not sure he's in good enough physical condition any more to film anything that requires movement. It's harder to tell in the pictures, but in the video, he's clearly unsteady.
ReplyDeleteSounds like major BS. He's shown no in acting in the past 15 years, turned down appearing in the previous Indiana Jones and countless other films. There's no way he's suddenly desperate for a role as if he was to show interest, every producer and their mommy would jump at the chance to cast him.
ReplyDeleteHe said he was retired and refused a role in the last one, and didn't they kill him off? Say he had died or something in the last one? Unless they're going to pretend it never happened, no way they can make it work unless it's a flashback.
