This host/mogul might be forced out of the closet by the most recent allegations against him. That would then release a whole host of other allegations. It would be Spacey Part 2 minus the young boys aspect. Oh, or always being a d**k.
I figured Ryan was planting the female stylist story to shore up his questionable masculine image. But I guess it's a different kind of harassment/abuse.
Between Seacrest being accused and Ed Westwick being accused and POS Spacey, I wonder if there is a movement out now to out all the closeted gays in show business?
Well maybe he keeps up the facade for his parents. I think he should come out on his own terms when he is ready. Also I don't think he did anything "Weinsteinish."

gay guys can be some of the worst sexual harassers, and they dont even consider it harassment, and just sass or 'platonic playfulness', esp since a lot of gay guys and women naturally get along and have friendships. these particular ones can take advantage of being gay bc it falls under the same minority-ish-treatment status as women, and then of course 'Im not even sexually attracted to you, why would I sexually harass or assault you???' like its some sort of thing thats ok. trust me, I am NOT saying this is all gay men. this is just a type out there. see: isaac mirazi and scarlet johannsen groping on red carpet.

I think Cowell is legitimately BI, but Seacrest,... It's so obvious I don;t even know why he pretended. He's a host, not an actor. Even Britney didn't believe he dated girls, bless her heart! Her expression is priceless.
