For those of you who are old enough to remember, when she dropped off her 8X10 to Sly's hotel room, all hell broke loose! He was a married father of two at the time. She was a creature from another galaxy at that time. She was stunning. They got married. She appeared in one of the Hollywood Cop films and, think, one of Stallone's. I thought she had a bright future. Not. Sly allegedly caught her in their bed with another chick. Divorce. Then her life began to unravel in a major and sad way. She never got back on track. That said, I believe her! She was smart enough to know not to let him out of her sight. Color me stupid, I guess.
Good recollect Boo. C'mon gang - I know what the PR story was, but does ANYONE think for a second Sly would dump her for being in bed with another woman? lol. Hahahaha. Like he wouldn't nosedive in with them. I always wondered who she REALLY was in bed with that brought on the divorce. I always heard it was two MEN with her - one of whom was supposedly producer Jon Peters. But thanks Boo for reminding me of that old story about catching her with another woman. She WAS with LOTS of women. And then...Flava Flav!!??!!? Like WTF??
I also recall when director Tony Scott blew up his marriage due to his affair with her filming BevHills Cop 2. Watch her in that film...she WAS really stunning back then.
I knew Tony well, and was very close to Donna, his widow. Such a tragic loss esp. for the kids. He was such a great man and a great talent. And if anyone ever wants a filmmaker in Hwood to consider a "good guy"? Tony Scott was among the best IMO. Example? Cheating on his wife with that succubus Brig was probably his worst sin (far as I knew). And for Hollywood? That makes him almost a saint! lol.
At the time, Tony Scott played his "Boobs for Bulgari" card. When he was interested in a woman, he offered her a Bulgari necklace if she accepted a breast augmentation.
