Blind Item #3

Apparently the women they arranged to have sex with the oft cheating, oft troubled, child molesting former reality star were not enough. The still married celebrity has been hooking up with a stripper he met online.

  2. +1 Josh Duggar, and not surprising if the recent blind about his 'church' recruiting volunteers from among the congregation to satisfy his sexual appetite is true, AS IF reinforcing inappropriate behavior ever changes anything.

  3. This is disturbing and disgusting. Why would his wife stand by through this.

  4. Because religious fundamentalists believe women are subservient to men in every respect.

  5. Plea to Enty:
Can we have a Duggar-Kartrashian-FREE month please? How about January. Start the year right.

  6. Yeah...you're right @austin. I put my religious days behind me about a decade ago and I forgot about the dated views of many religions. I can't imagine living that way...it's like they're in a bubble that isn't moving forward with the times.

  7. I have nothing against religion, but believe it begins with a genuine personal spirituality. If the sum of one's faith lies in just the institution, the point of bothering at all is missing, imo.

  8. Agree, 100000% @austin. I wasn't happy with the stances my former religion was still taking on certain things, and their unwillingness to adapt to the times.

  9. Also, genuinely spiritual persons can distinguish between authentic religion and those which are more cultish, such as Scientology, and apparently whatever religion the Duggars belong to.

  10. Dear Enty, All I want for Christmas is for there to be any and every Duggar blind possible. Then maybe it'll shake some of those people up enough, they start to empathise with others. MAYBE Some good will come out of it and set a few of them free. SEASONS Greetings!!

  11. I was 10 when my hometown got it's first television station. I remember live broadcasts of Playhouse 90 and all the other educational adaptations. On Saturday we kids had Winky Dink. You had to buy a blue plastic thingy you press against the screen so that at the end you could connect the dots and draw a picture. Then there was Gillette Wed. Night Fights that my dad and I watched together. Jack Paar, Quiz shows, What's My Line. And, my first crush appeared in a musical special entitled, Jack & The Beanstalk, starring a young, adorable and talented Joel Grey. Compare that to the sub-garbage that is dished out to us on a daily basis. It's why I haven't owned one in over a decade. It will be easy for robots to replace us. We're already brain dead.

  12. Boo - I grew up on Kids Incorporated and the DEN/Alphy's Soda Pop Club era. I thought our shows were better than today's shows, but now see that wasn't the case at all.

  13. John Krakauer (journalist with Outside Magazine, did the Everest expeditiom in the 90s and wrote Into Thin Air) did an investigative book with his brother on Fundamentalist Mormons titled "Under the Banner of Heaven". It's insanely fascinating and disturbing. Read it, and you'll loathe the Duggars even more.

@austin, agree that spirituality and faith come from a personal relationship with your God. Religion is an institute created by man. I'm a practicing progreasive Christian, and take issue with the doctrines of more conservative denominations.

  14. This whole family is just foul. And brainwashed and a disgusting example of 'being religious'.
His wife is a moron and she is selfish for breeding and breeding with this p.o.s child molester.
Does she think for sure he is never going to molest their kids? As if he has not already?
A bunch of sick, sick people who got rich by being sick, twisted and on TV.
Gotta love America, making the most vile and worthless people rich since the beginning of time.

  15. I don't believe the blind about the Duggars getting women for him to have sex with. People may not agree with the religious beliefs of the Duggars but they actually seem to follow their beliefs strictly such as no sex before marriage, no contraception, sex only with your married partner. If the son is sleeping with women, he's procuring it by himself like he did previously. I think people are willing to believe anything awful about this family just because they don't like them.

  16. @ Austin - I totally agree. I think of myself as a Christian, but I have no respect for the Institution. I do believe and pray (and have a bible) but I don't feel the need to go to church.

  17. Why haven't the feds moved in on that criminal family?

  18. Their brand is more important than their beliefs. They likely think they can 'corral' his behavior and this works for them better than letting him run wild and having to admit he's a mess.
