Blind Item #9

Unlike Georgina, I think the wife of this A+ list producer all of you know is going to be shocked when she hears the stories of the women the producer assaulted and harassed and casting couched. Most of this happened before he got married this time. If you ever said yes to a date with him, you were going to have to fight him off.

  6. I think Tricia got it. Not to mention, one of the replies to one of Enty's tweets today was from someone who was getting ready to expose Grazer.

  10. By the way, whoever recommended that documentary "Girl 27", GREAT watch. I watched it last night and it made me so angry. Unbelievable, how even Patricia's own mother sold her out. I was kind of glad when it turned out dear old mom got taken for everything by that fly by night boyfriend or husband. That was about the only semi-measure of justice in the whole affair.

  13. Definitely agree on Brian Grazer, Georgina is Gigi Levangie Grazer (born Georgianne Levangie).

  15. No, Georgina is referring here to Georgina Weinstein, who Enty is saying knew about her husband's deeds.

  16. Anyone see Alex Polinsky's tweet regarding Charles in Charge? Quinn Cumming's retweeted it. Apparently, Alex has been trying to reach Scott Baio, and by golly not having any luck. Regarding multi-abuse allegations; allegedly.

  19. ROXY--Take a look on Box Office Mojo for the weekend top films and what they raked in. Call Me By Your Name is so far down with so little money it's embarrassing. But, like so many other Oscar faves, it's an 'art film' and only the chosen few artsy fartsy people will like it. Hope all this barf inducing crap ends when the Chinese really take over. And they will!

  20. Auntie Histimine, did you also see Nicole Eggerts public Twitter chat with Scott Baio's wife that things happened between her and Baio way before she was 17. Definitely stuff going on there. I couldn't find Enty's post about 80's sitcom to try to connect it. Anyone know which one it was?

  21. Ugh...hope it's not Grazer. He did an episode of Tim Farris's pod cast not that long ago, and he seemed like a genuinely good guy. IF it is him, maybe his partner, Opie, isn't a good guy either as he must have known what was going on. Are they seriously ALL sociopaths?? You have to wonder if it's the sociopathic condition that draws them to their careers, or did all of the success and money lead them to become sociopaths?? I have some friends and family members whose wealth would rival some A listers, and they just are NOT like this. There is no amount of money, fame, success, etc that could ever make me treat people so inhumanly. How did they all become this horrible?? It's not like they don't know right from wrong. They have gone out of their way to cover it all up by appointing themselves as the moral compass of empowerment, equality, compassion and inclusiveness for decades.

  22. @Jennerationb....From about March 2016 until May 2017 I got heavily involved with a niche group of creative people in the Indie Book industry.

I ran a blog, a fan group, am excellent at word of mouth/social media promotion and advertising and was running with some people who in that world are definitely A listers. One author sits right next to JK Rowling rather frequently on the Kindle top 10 lists. Has been in the top 20 for over 24 months and outside of the Indie world, completely unknown.

Anyway, what I discovered was that, although I'm a creative person myself, I could not run with these people due to the crap I saw behind the scenes.

Casting couches for models, cheating, hook ups, falsely accusing people of doing criminal things, drugs, bullying, authors using their street teams to flood Amazon and Goodreads with bad reviews for competition. The book signings were flesh markets where the women behaved as badly as the men. Filming things, screen shots, pictures...the whole nine yards.

And I realized that if in THAT small pond people were willing to do some of the crap I've seen and expect people to ignore it like it never happened, in Hollywood where the money is so astronomically significantly greater, this is definitely going on.

And there is, unfortunately, something that causes some people to not necessarily BE famous but to be NEAR the famous. To be their confidants. I saw one woman give herself an allergic reaction by purposefully drinking something she knew would make her ill in order to perpetuate a scheme.

  23. I think people misunderstand the meaning of what it means to be sociopathic.

One does NOT need to be a sociopath to do terrible things to lots of people. Sure, it helps but absolutely not required. There are just a bunch of shitty people out there and that doesn't make them sociopaths.

I think the word is over-used and improperly applied far too often, that's all.

    No I'm not a sociopath.

  24. Having Tricia around must certainly take the fun out of the game for all the guessers trying to get the first strike on this blog.

  25. @BOO - Don't just look at the total gross, look at the per-theater gross. Call Me By Your Name is only in 4 theaters, where it made $73,000 at each of them over the weekend, an excellent showing.

Of course, we'll see how it does when it hits wide release; it may or may not click outside arty audiences in big cities.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Roxy- Wow!! That experience must have really opened your eyes. So glad you decided to run away from all that toxicity!!

Hunter- Sociopath probably does get overused, but I couldn't think of a better way to describe people who have no conscence and look for ways to abuse and hurt others. We all know these rich and famous men have women falling all over them and can have their pick of a new supermodel every night if they wish. Seeing how tempting that must be, I can understand how many of them (even though it's wrong) cheat on their wives. But when you have numerous gorgeous, willing women (or whatever their preference is )throwing themselves at you, yet you would rather drug, rape or abuse an innocent women instead, that goes beyond just doing something wrong (like cheating) and becomes evil.

Urthor- Yes, Tricia is often first (much to our long lost friend Derek's dismay), but her guesses are usually spot on!!

  27. @Skandi...if you're referring to what I wrote, she did.

She needed an excuse to have her partner pull out her EMT bag so she drank wine with cherries knowing she was allergic.

This was done to set up another woman they were trying to remove from their "circle" by accusing her of stealing narcotics from the bag while the EMT was tending to the person who "accidentally" drank the wrong wine.

    They manufactured the entire event.

The EMT went so far as to tell me she was now on probation and there was a police report.

    It was all made up.

Now, think about what people with better resources than these yahoos would do to stay "relevant."

  28. As a clinically diagnosed sociopath myself I resent being lumped in with people like Weinstein and Grazer. 😉
