There has rarely been a more grateful cast and crew to have an almost television show canceled. No one liked working with the internet star turned actress. Fame went to her head so long ago she thought she was someone people should bow and grovel before.

ReplyDeleteAll these internet famous kids, are just the kids of rich parents who bought all their followers. So, it's funny that they think they are famous.
Sounds kind of strange. Her whole spiel is about a girl who think she's famous but she's not and is only obnoxious to everyone around her. So how could someone who is as self-deprecating as that actually turn out to be the actual caricature she created?
ReplyDeleteMiranda began as hilarious high concept satire that was embraced by the theater crowd, part of the joke being you didn't actually know if she was real or not, or at least she *could* be a musical theater wannabe with delusions of grandeur. ReplyDeleteHowever, the character morphed wildly over the past decade or so, gravitating to appeal to young teens. Whatever, her youtube channel probably makes her millions so I'm sure she's crying all the way to the bank.
Personally never got her humor; the purchased subscribers makes sense though. Very one note and on the nose imo.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand some of these youtubers. I heard a story about 2 youtubers that claimed false claims of assaults against a bar their fans hacked and spammed trip advisor yelp etc now the youtubers are being sued by bar. Ridiculous some peoples entitlement issues

ReplyDeleteI think this is fake because all of the main cast except the guy who played the uncle still hang out with her and are always leaving love for her on her instagram pics. Angela even goes to some tour shows with her.
