Although if the man definitely isn't the actress's husband, that takes away the one slim reason I could think of that the actress would have a right to allow/disallow two other people to hook up.

This is so confusing and I keep returning hoping someone can decipher the blind. The first part seems straightforward (and a dual threat, so not just actress - although it could be one who directs/produces as the dual instead of singing, which was what I was thinking at first)

The only thing I can make of it is the A- dual threat is allowing it because the man more lavender than husband. And she allows the A list celebrity with the sleezy husband to sleep with her non-husband/financial backer.
A List celebrity could be so many professions, unless specifically celebrity with nothing to explain it (Paris,Kim,etc).

But that doesn't fit with the statement that the backer is "a man."

ReplyDeleteHere is one scenario that may fit this disaster of a blind:
Let's say Huma is trying to secure a new revenue stream. She may be getting some 'investment' from this man, who also has close business ties with the A- list actress. Why would it matter? Perhaps because any money to Huma is undoubtedly being used to protect the perv husband and this actress actively supports "me too"/"times up". The 'allowing' may come from the fact that the actress could ruin the relationship/deal, but is not- for whatever reason. Huma is in a sympathetic situation in trying to prevent further damage to her young son (that poor kid has some very difficult years ahead already). It's a tough spot.
Eva Longoria seems to tick the boxes in this one-of-many, purely speculative, interpretations.
She also has business partners in publishing and fashion (things Huma could do), is very involved in politics, is a founder of the new Times Up foundation, will be a mom herself soon, and has had her own highly-publicized sexting scandal.
