I was kind of shocked to see one of the members of this A list duo wearing a white rose. The way he treats women like crap makes the wearing of the rose disingenuous. Even last night, he found some woman he picked up and was making out and groping her and then saw someone more attractive and left her alone to be with the other woman who showed interest. Guess he isn't getting back together with his ex any time soon.

ReplyDeleteAll the same, I'd hope by now people would realize that the white roses, black dresses, statements of support, social social media hashtags, "likes" and on and on, are all empty virtue-signaling public relations maneuvers. Is it any wonder that the guilty happily exploit this tactic to mask their prior bad acts?
And I'm sure there are plenty who are breathing a sigh of relief that the moral outrage has found an outlet in these pro forma symbolic acts rather than efforts to impose accountability and change.
Wait so he's a single adult man pinballing around a room trying to pull the most attractive woman he can. Back in my clubbing days this happened every night out before closing time. Men furiously trying to hook up before the lights came on. I'm not sure how this is shocking or bad or something to clutch the pearls about? His relationship is over. He's single and drunk and horny. The single woman, maybe also drunk and horny, consented to leave with him? And so....... where's the scandal?
