This 16 year old at the time says she was sexually assaulted on an almost daily basis by this A/A- list mostly movie actor in an acting family while on the set of this movie from not that long ago. She says she complained to not only the producers, but also to this A- list mostly movie actress she was working with on the movie who told her she had to deal with the same things when she was the age of the 16 year old. Her advice was just to try and avoid it but if you couldn't, then to get each time over with as quickly as possible and focus on your career. Definitely sounds like the advice who married a predator.

ReplyDeleteI got an Affleck vibe for this...so Casey Affleck, Michelle Williams and Kara Hayward, while making Manchester By the Sea? According to imdb Hayward was born 11/17/98, and if Manchester premiered at Sundance January 2016, when she was just a few months off from turning 17, than it would have had to be made in 2015, before her birthday. The only thing tripping me up is the fact Williams hasn't been married.

ReplyDeleteThe DM pictures are from the set and in full character, it was likely a scene being shot. If not, it is creepy, but her body language doesn't show fear or even dislike of Franco.

@Liv good choice but I thought 43 was different segments filmed at different times with different casts...not that ive watched it. I was trying to figure out who the 16 yr old would be who was able to work with two a listers at that age. Elle Fanning, Chloe and Soairse were three that came to mind. I just cant pin much on Soairse apart from lovely bones with someone like Wahlberg as actor and Weisz as a lister (Arronsky is a creep) But still , thats reaching.

ReplyDeleteA list actress on that film was Ann-Margaret, who you *know* has seen some shit. I don't know much about her late husband Roger Smith, except that he was an actor and manager. So it's a possibilty...
This one has stayed on my mind today. While trying to research this one, I kept getting frustrated, and wanted to focus on finding the victim to lead me to the a-hole. But then, I kept thinking- and I hate to say this, but from all we've heard and read lately.. do we think a Chloe Moretz or an Elle Fanning would have been facing this type of situation for the first time at 16? I only say that because it sounds like the victim was surprised by the behavior, and tried reaching out to tell someone because they thought someone would care. Sadly, lately, it seems like these child stars already lost hope at that age. I could be reading way too much into all this, but I think this might be someone who was more of a up-and coming-star, or just an extra at 16.

I looked up recent posts and found Casey Affleck and James Franko both fit the basic celeb description. So there's that. Digging on...
@Lurky Megan Fox would be at least A- list due to name recognition so I wouldn't rule her out on that.
