This permanent A+ list singer got turned down by several guys over the past week. She says that has never happened to her before and locked herself in her room for a few days muttering about getting older. Then, she went out to try and prove she was still young and that didn't really work out well.

You have to - as you grow older - broaden your world and start thinking about HELPING other people - not helping them get off - but doing something to make the world a better place. She's just pathetic.

DeleteEven if I do agree she seems to have a hard time getting older and sometimes comes off desperate, to be fair, I also think she's highly intelligent, pretty funny and seems to be a good mother (if Lourdes is an indication). There's obviously more to her than just her showbiz persona.

ReplyDeleteBeing 59 does not mean “not sexy.” But sex appeal is about way more than just anatomy. It’s about charm, charisma, vulnerability, all kinds of things. I liked Madonna in the 80s but I feel like she long ago surrendered her dignity in the pursuit of a look that’s more common in 14-year-olds who have no idea how short their skirts are. It’s a bit painful to watch.
