This former A-/B+ list mostly television actor has had two big television hits to his name. One network and one pay cable. He had a nice run on a third, but is not as well remembered for it. He has done some big movies too. He has a long time girlfriend that all of you know about. What you probably don't know is when he is on the road with his band he sleeps with different women all the time and always leaves his girlfriend at home.

ReplyDeleteI would call DD "A," especially with the "XFiles" revival. Is the 3rd show "Twin Peaks"? "Aquarius"? He was in both. What were his big movies? I knew he's made some that were pretty good, but I can't think of any that were hits.

Duchovny is a known sex addict/horn dog, so the only thing that would surprise me from him would be monogamy, or even calling someone a "girlfriend" as opposed to a hook up.

ReplyDeleteI just checked out some of Duchovny's music, as it were. Got through one song and most of another. In the second one, called "3000", I noticed this bit:

The material is a totally familiar, derivative rock sound. But it gets him out on the road, and there will be fans...
