This former B- list mostly movie actor is doing what he did before. He has found a not legal teen to "romance." The broke actor is already trying to broker deals to get her to sleep with men for money.
I remember Dougie from the first season of the X-Files where he played the liver-eating mutant Eugene Toombs. There he played a slimy monster, which is apparently what he is in real life.

I think B- is an extremely generous rating for this guy. A and B people shouldn’t require an IMDB visit for entertainment savvy or industry people.
