This A- list talk show host has always landed on her feet through millions of battles on a show she shares with others. This time though, she is going to be headed for the exit. If she doesn't quit, the producers will not renew her contract. They want someone much much younger and want someone they can mold aka desperate for the job and do what they say.

I've enjoyed many a happy hour watching the gals debating, sharing their insights, imparting their wisdom. If you want to know what the dried up old scratchy twatted bitchy hag demographic thinks of a particular issue then look no further.

ReplyDeleteI totally disagree with joy most of the time, but love her sense of humour. I think she's vile, disgusting, cruel, mean, and a bully, but unlike Trump, she does it with humor which makes me kind of like her.

ReplyDeleteThis makes no sense. The View is one of those 'in the bubble' shows that are only watched by a predominately liberal audience. No one is getting fired on that show for being too liberal unless mentally unbalanced or a moron too (like Rosie.)

DeleteAgree completely. Absolutely will not move the demographics in the one direction the blind suggests. Unless there are behind the scenes issues where Joy is being unpleasant or difficult with showrunners

ReplyDeleteJoy is the only reason I watch. Except for Whoopie I can't even remember the names of any of the others. Years ago the View was a pretty interesting show.....now it is just bland. Even when they all argue, within ten minutes I can't remember what they argued about. Joy is the only one who still tries to be controversial by stating her views, often in a way that insinuates that everyone else is an idiot. Since that is the same technique I use to try to win 'discussions', I enjoy watching her employ it.
