Bill Cosby Found Guilty On All Counts

Bill Cosby was convicted of sexual assault on Thursday in a retrial after a half-dozen women testified that the famed comedian drugged and assaulted them.

The jury found Cosby guilty on all three counts of Thursday afternoon, drawing an emotional reaction from his accusers. Cosby remains free on bail until sentencing.

Cosby, 80, faces a maximum sentence of 10 years and a fine of up to $25,000 on each count.

  1. The good news for him is that a lot of prisons actually do serve Jello.

  2. I beat you three blinds back Enty😎, but good he's spending the rest of his life in prison, if he doesn't kill himself first that is. And I think he will try that very soon.

I was just thinking about that he may end up commiting suicide. I hope not though because justice needs to be served.

  3. He won't make the 10 years. He might choke on the Jello.

  4. Will their be riots or will the Philly blacks not care because he told em to pull their pants up?

  5. @Count - little did he know how relevant such advice would become in his own life...

  6. I hope his fellow inmates give him a "Benadryl" and have consensual relations.

  7. And let the appeals begin...

  8. A good day for women...especially those women who were drugged and raped by him. His fame and money finally didn't matter to this jury. IF he had been a poor nobody black OR white man he would have been thrown under a jail years ago. These rich powerful famous men need to learn that that doesn't give them a free pass to rape, drug, abuse women OR children.

  9. Yesss! Woot woot. Now how about Weinstein for the rapes he committed? And Schneider? And Spacey? If they don't go to jail too I might begin to suspect some sort of racial bias in the execution of justice in this country. Before anyone says it oj was an anomaly. The jury was punishing the La police department ( you know the ones that protect Scientology) for years of acrimony. Anyways the jury had more men than women and I'm happy the men of the world are uniting with ladies in disgust with this predatory behavior .

    1. OJ’s case was bumbled by the police and detectives. On top of that the prosecutors bumbled it. This stuff has been spelled out on tv and in movies. Did he do it? Probably. But I’m glad he got off because the prosecution failed and that’s how courts are supposed to work.

  11. 10 years is the max, really?? For a serial sexual predator? Our justice system is fucked. At least he's an old piece of shit so he will likely die in prison but if this was a 30 year old, 10 years is nothing. Rapists and child diddlers need the chair, end of.

    ReplyDelete
  12. @orangesoda - unfortunately, he wasn't convicted of being a serial sexual predator, because all the other victims' assaults were too old.

He'll kill himself before he goes to prison. He's old and sick, all they have to do is mess up his meds one time.

  13. He faces up to 10 years behind bars on EACH of the three counts, which means a maximum of 30 years.

  14. My prediction- he won't be able to bear it. He will wither and die or off himself.

  15. He'll skip town. Polanski is probably looking for a roommate.

  17. It will be dragged out in appellate court. He will not spend a day in jail. Jello comments are hilarious!! Hehe

  18. He faces up to 10 years bon EACH of the three counts = a maximum of 30 years.

    This is correct.

I do think this is justice, but it's still really sad. Cosby was a funny guy who made many people laugh. It's a tragic fall.

  25. This was one of the biggest disappointments in my life, I loved that man. He had it all. Why???? Sick and stupid. I doubt he would’ve needed to drug women to sleep with them. No sympathy here. But man, I just don’t get it how twisted some people can be.

  27. Sadly, each count carries a sentence of 5-10 yrs and CAN be served concurrently if they are the same charge, which they are. So he actually could be sentenced to as little as 5 yrs. No previous record will help him at sentencing.
I tend to believe he will take the easy way out as others have expressed but who knows. I’m just glad he was convicted.

  28. It could be for many reasons but I would bet my house that Bill won’t spend one night in prison.

  30. When is Neil Kardashian-Tyson’s turn?

When will Tchiya Amet get her justice.

NatGeo through their “Genius” series keeps celebrating men who treat women like crap and glamourise infidelity. It’s not right.

  31. +1 Scandi

Neil Degrasse Tyson while a grad student at UT Austin, slipped an undergrad student a roofie while tutoring her in his apartment.

He was kicked out of Austin for "academic reasons"

    Fuck that pompous rapist

  32. To all the people hoping bill Cosby gets raped in prison.

    Stop.

Prison rape isn't a joke, or even vengeance.

It's a societally condoned rape culture.

Prison rape isn't included in rape statistics. When factored, men are just as prone to rape as women in the USA

Stop using rape as a punchline. Even for rapists

  38. First of all, he wouldn't be raped in prison. He's an icon in the minds of African Americans. He would be celebrated, that is, if he were to ever see prison, which I doubt, regrettably, he ever will.

As far as the rape culture in prison? It's horrific but I don't see that changing anytime soon. We would need people who give a shit. No one gives a shit. No one who can or would change things. Too much money involved.
    Sickening, isn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  39. However, I do wish he would die in jail. I don't see it happening but I do wish it, still.
I also hope all of the women sue his estate for everything it's worth. Camille knew what was going on and turned her head on every woman her bastard husband raped. I hope she too ends penniless. So much for hopes as she's already prepared for this and socked away millions, I'm sure.
"Long time suffering wife". Yeah, no.

  40. Mary Lamb: He slammed the "black community" often (ebonics, single parent families, busting sags, etc), so I would imagine there are people in the joint who would treat him like crap. He wouldn't get raped because he would be segregated as a celeb. No clue if PA has sex offender jails, like NJ does.

I really doubt he serves any time. Maybe check in and check out, but locking up 80yr olds is pricey for the state. Doubtful he can get wood at his age, so he aint a threat. Trial more about a DA making a name for himself and shaming a hypocrite.

    ReplyDelete
  41. What about the other Bill? When will he see trial for his many, many sex crimes??

  42. Boy I must say you dont want to go to prison. But especially FEDERAL prison. They do not rape child molesters they kill and torture them.
