ReplyDeleteNot everyone believes whatserface Farrow. Hell, her own brother says it's bullshit. So constantly slamming Allen for one person's unsubtantiated allegations is wrong. In my opinion. (Especially since I find the idea that Mia fabricated them as revenge extremely plausible.)

ReplyDeleteIf he is a child molester or not, it's irrelevant in this case. We are not speaking of Allen, we are speaking of people who has worked in his pictures. They are not responsible for his actions, they do not owe the public an explanation, if isn't their fault that he is free, in case he is guilty. He hasn't been convicted on anything, even if I find him creepy. Opinions are not sentences. Imagine you in this situation for a moment.

Woody is Oscar bait, he will always get people to work on his projects as long as the Academy rewards him with nominations for his movies. That is all that matters to these people.
She had heard about it but didn't know the details, just figured it was done & over, he was innocent, which is probably what a lot of foreigners figured. Due to back lash if she did, she won't work with him anymore.

ReplyDeleteKrab, there was an investigation that concluded there was probable cause but Dylan was too traumatized for a trial. The prosecutor/investigators synopsis is available to read online because I read it when Dylan re-emerged with her accustaions a few yearsago. My point is that there is more than he said she said available.

ReplyDeleteIt does not surprise me that Cate Blanchett would not make any comment about Woody Allen and his alleged child molestation against Dylan Farrow. Her Manager Robyn Gardiner's partner actor Robert Hughes is currently in an Australian jail for child molestation. Two of the victims were young child actors and others were friends of the family young children. Cate Blanchett refuses to get new Management citing that Robyn Gardiner was the reason she got her breaks in acting. Some people have no morals in their climb to the top.
