ReplyDeleteDarn it. I really like him. Yes, a little too boyish-looking, like all the modern male "stars" raised in boy-hungry Hollywood. But he was fantastic in "Fault of Our Stars," with just the perfect mix of cocksure charm and fragility. Really reminded me of Harrison Ford, I was displeased when he didn't get the "Solo" role, but I guess Disney's goal is to ruin all the iconic white Star Wars characters.

ReplyDeleteHis dad is very, very well known as one of the top fashion photographers of the super model era of the 90's.
ReplyDeleteI grew up with his dad's pictures in Vouge. He took all those amazing fashion spreads of girls like Paulina Porizkova.
I guess I'm older than most of you, but yeah, the dad was famous in the New York fashion industry, and he was also very beloved by the top models. Which is more than you could say about most of the big time fashion photographers. Most of them were predators and/or assholes.

ReplyDeleteA Lot of the actors in this blinds are actually bi or in the case of the new generations not exclusively straight as new polls are showing almost half of youngsters today are fluid or whatever the name. That'll ease PR work in the future.
ReplyDeleteAww, I like him. He's been in many movies, many of the younger sci-fi type of movies, until Baby Driver, in which he was impressively good. Maybe he was overheard having an argument with the girlfriend, or someone misheard. I don't assume everything, or even most, of what I read here is true.
