Today's Blind Items - The First One

There have been a lot of suspicious suicides of celebrities as of late, but there was a first that started this whole thing over a decade ago. A film was being made overseas and several of the actors in this movie that was supposed to be a big box office hit took advantage of their position as stars with the local female population and also threw around enough cash to the local police where nothing was said or done about their activities. One of the worst offenders was an A list mostly movie actor at the time. Foreign born and was really kicking it into gear. There was another A+ lister on the movie and a future A- list mostly television actor. They went after every female teen in the town where they were filming. They didn't care how old, and whether it was completely voluntary.

One actor who didn't participate was at the time probably B/B- list and fading. Because he didn't participate, everyone shunned him. They made sure he knew how things worked and basically ruined what was left of his career. Down the road, when he couldn't get a break, he threatened to expose what went on and he suddenly "suicided" himself. No note.

I always wondered why he would do that. He had just been in “Ride with the Devil” and I was astonished how mature he was compared to his other roles.

  6. I definitely like Brandis for this. Movie being Hart's War. From Wiki.

"He was also reportedly disappointed when his appearance in the 2002 war drama Hart's War, a role he had hoped would revive his career, was significantly reduced in the film's final cut."

  7. But Spalding Gray didn't have a great film career before The Killing Fields and turned to books and personal stand-up (sort of, more story telling) for his career which turned out to support him quite well.

He actually didn't "fade" after The Killing Fields. He bloomed, just not in traditional films. Interesting note is that his book on The Killing Fields was what brought him into the national spotlight.

Also, Spalding talked about suicide and depression a lot in his monologues so it wasn't exactly shocking when he followed through, sort of like Bourdain.

    Not Gray.

  9. Good point PLOT.

  10. It seems more like Hart's War (2002) than The Killing Fields (1984). Neither Malkovich nor Sam Waterson were A+ in movies, and Spalding Gray's resume was still respectable after 1984:

  11. About 10 years ago Romania was quite a popular location for films. That's all I got.

But I do like the David Carradine guess, although I can't see people shunning him.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Yeah, another no for Spalding Gray. His was a suicide that was pretty believable. And tragic.

A for effort though, for doing the work, @gauloise.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Not David Carradine. Less than a decade a decade ago,and he was i to every kink imaginable, even incest. Also he was at times A list.

  14. If Brandis, not surprising that he wouldn't go along with it. He'd probably been through enough of that himself.

  18. It's Brandis. Hanging is the key. It's deep state cabal calling-card.

What's the over-under in Vegas on the number of celebs hung-by-door-knob in 2018? 10-20-100? Make a few shekels. Place your bets faggots. Tick-tock.

  20. I've always wondered why they keep trying to force Colin Farrell on filmgoers as a movie star. He's not. There are a lot of movies he's in that would've been better if his role had been miscast, even good ones like "In Bruges."

It makes me sad Bruce Willis is a monster. He used to be one of my favorite stars, since "Moonlighting." Now it feels like he hates himself and wants to ruin his legacy. I'm all but waiting for "Hudson Hawk II" next.

  21. Brandis. Very sad.

And you know where the Deep State came from? Russian Intelligence. They came up with the term to appeal to American paranoids.

"It's Brandis. Hanging is the key. It's deep state cabal calling-card. "

It's also the second most common way for US Americans to commit suicide, coming in at 25% of all suicide fatalities.

That's a real busy deep state you got there.

    @Donna

"I've always wondered why they keep trying to force Colin Farrell on filmgoers as a movie star."

Because he was brilliant in Tiger Land and irreplaceable in In Bruges (don't agree with you there.)

Colin has been in a lot of stinkers, though. He *might* work more than other Alisters, taking the Michael Caine and Samuel L Jackson approach of being in as many movies as possible to make the money and keep busy. Lots of addicts in recovery work as much as possible.

Farrell can be a wonderful actor in the right projects.

  27. I remember when Jonathan Brandis passed away, it was shocking, I read the news and immediately joined a group on yahoo and some forum on msn to read more about it. People kept saying that he killed himself because he was taking accutane and was dealing with depression as a side effect and that his career was going downhill and he couldn't accept it. Someone even shared a picture of the building he was living and another person posted his parents address so people could mail their condolences. It was very sad, nobody could believe he was gone

  28. @notthisagain

Is that just a passing comment? Maybe the suicide epidemic is affecting me but I hope you're doing okay. There is much to live for, even in a life of bitter disappointment. Talk about it, openly, in real life (since the Internet will always fail our needs for warmth and humanity) if you really have these concerns. It's a fair question that deserves real life discussion with people who care or are in similar spaces. Peace.

  29. That's why you need to tell your friends and loved ones very specific/secret things you would do and leave if god forbid you ever ended your life. Most police departments do not have the resources to go super investigative on apparent suicides. My peoples would know in 5 seconds if there was foul play.

  30. "The Russians did it" is the new "vast right-wing conspiracy." You can't fool all of the idiots all of the time, so you have to change up your talking points every decade or two.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh for fuck sake. Suicide occurs daily, globally, as it always has done and always will do. A few celebs kill themselves and now there's people babbling about a "suicide epidemic?!" Their suicides may very well have been murder or induced by blackmail, but there is no suicide epidemic. It's just suicide. Someone (and they won't be the only one) will kill themselves tomorrow...and the day after someone else will too...and the day after that...and the day after that.....

    ReplyDelete
  32. You're right. There's no "suicide epidemic". Just a spike in door-knob specials by the mossad wet-works crew.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I heard Farrell was screwing everyone in sight on Tigerland. That's the only bit of celebrity gossip I can ever offer from North Florida. Plus, Farrell was Joel Schumacher's favorite actor for a while. That alone makes him suspect.

""The Russians did it" is the new "vast right-wing conspiracy.""

  39. "....and he's a republican..." What the fuck does THAT mean. Lots of "republicans" are out for Trump. As much (and in some cases MORE) than dems and their sharia-blue soi-bois. Those who still buy-in to the old R vs D memes are either STUPID or SHILLS. Which are you Plot?

    ReplyDelete
  40. Lots of Republicans posture with anti-Trump attitudes and then fall right in line for whatever Il Douche desires.

Mitt called him unfit for office...and now he's kissing Trump ass.

McCain insulted Donny to his face...but voted for every bill that Trump sent to Congress bar one.

Oh! Here's another, Utah congressman Chaffetz who actually LEAKED info for Donny (forcing him to resign) after excoriating Donny as a man who should never represent the GOP. My, my...

There are many more examples of this - Republican politicians who make some noise then fall into line with Donny's agenda like good soldiers. Do you have examples otherwise?

Donny still has strong support among the GOP voters, too. So if anything perturbs you about Donny, you need to be reminded that he is a symptom of the GOP, not the disease.

The point here is that any Trumptard who thinks the Russia investigation is a Democrat conspiracy should be reminded that Mueller is a Republican. So is Comey. So is Rosenstein. So is Sally Yates. So is McCabe. In fact, almost everyone who is a part of the investigation of Russian interference in our elections is a Republican. A few have since left the party, though.

But they don't make any noise about Donny or publicly condemn him either.

  41. Steven Kinzer's book is SOP--Bernays propaganda ops 101. Carefully curated "facts" to tell the story (((they))) want to spin. Never the WHOLE cloth. Like how closely the Dulles Bros depended on one another. So when John died (suddenly, as people tended to do when battling bolshevik infiltration) Allan was left without an anchor -- and began to depend on his right-hand (((man))) who pushed lots and lots of pro-zionist deep state CIA bullshit. Cuz in those days evil-kikes always used weak-WASPs to front (((their))) shit. After the fall of the USSR, (((dual-citizens))) were more brazen about levers of power. WASP puppets were redundant. Greed, hubris and over-reach has ALWAYS been (((their))) downfall. Shudda kept more shabbos figure-heads.

A better book is Yuri Bezmenov's. You might actually learn something interesting. And he's a JEW! So its kosher for ya!

  42. You forgot to mention the Kagans. And the Kristals. Those paragons of republican virtue. The ones who never met a war they didn't want to wage for ersatz Israel. The guys who never say never when its spilling American goy blood for Israel. You mean (((THOSE))) republicans?

The republican party was taken over by neocon-bolsheviks years ago. Fortunately, they are either dying or becoming increasingly irrelevant. Now (((they))) push the Alt-Right. Another attempt at controlled opposition and gate-keeping. JesusHChrist. Do they NEVER learn?

    I REALLY DON'T CARE, Do U????

  44. Republicans and democrats who are stepping out -- NOT running for their seat -- know the "gig is up". The ones brownstoned and blackmailed by mossad. Paid-off by JIDF. The culling won't stop at THIS election. Deep State swamp is being drained. Slowly. But don't think they'll GO DOWN without pulling some sampson shit on the way out.

The good news for honest folks is NSA has the goods on everyone. All the pedos, perps, traitors, shills. As well as the normies. The ones who try to live honest and decent lives. And have not yet fathomed the depths of depravity and wickedness those in power -- and their satanist coven-sidekicks -- have wrought against humanity. Do not fret. Cuz good people know the guilty from the innocent. But its time to WAKE UP. You don't want to be pulled-down in their wake. And stupid people will drown.

Justice protects the innocent. And punishes the wicked. Only those who FEAR justice say there's NO justice.

"Republicans and democrats who are stepping out -- NOT running for their seat"

How many in comparisons of both parties?

R -35 members of Congress, many of them surprises as they are career kids like Trey Gowdy (who seemed to be looking to run for President), Bob Corker, Paul Ryan, Trent Franks, Daryl Issa, Chaffetz, Nunes...all having important committee chairs and lots of power. All are from overwhelmingly red districts, too.

D-10 which is about average for retirements any given election cycle.

There is no Deep State draining at all.

Trump is Deep State, so deep that the GOP is unable to deal with him because their minders want him there, you know, the money men, the corporations, the Kochs, Mercers, Adelsons...

    ReplyDelete
  46. The democrats have no where to go. No way out. They're pushed to double-down. I wonder what Mr. Awan (The Debbie/Wendy-mossad-paki-fuckbuddy-IT-guy) has provided Huber? There are SO MANY HABBENINGS happening that its hard for normies to keep up.

It should be kinda obvious that the ones who opted OUT did so for a REASON. None of them will run for office again. EVER. Doesn't matter what (((MSM))) spins to the sleepers. They are DONE. Finito. Some may do jail time. Lord knows Corker and Ryan belong behind bars. And some good wet-works-patriot should put nameless out of OUR misery.

Hey. If you wanna circle the drain with the rest of the sludge...knock yourself out.

    ReplyDelete
  47. "Lord knows Corker and Ryan belong behind bars"

On this we can agree. I'd throw in Nunes and Chaffetz too (though the rumor is the FBI already has the testimony of Chaffetz for the agreement that he would resign. He is now threatening to run for the governor of Utah.)

  53. To Southern Man: Tolstoy and Solzhenitsyn only scratch the surface of Russian struggle and endurance. Russia was royally-fucked by the same (((evil-Babylonian-occult-satanists))) trying to systematically destroy our Constitution and Democratic Republic. They are neo-bolsheviks. Red-diaper babies and their evil offspring. Using whatever tools of weaponized deception and corruption and degeneracy they can get away with. And (((they))) almost got it ALL. Until Trump was elected. Now (((they))) work feverishly -- against time -- to get rid of Trump and survive what THEY KNOW is coming. Always PROJECTING their evil onto good, decent Americans. Like normies who think its crazy to cut off genitals and manipulate a stick up a weeping gaping unhealed wound they call a "vagina" to be something they are NOT. And push this MADNESS onto society as some perverse GUILT used to enslave the unconscious masses. BURN them. Salt the earth.

Soon, America will ally with REAL Russians. Not the oligarchs and neo-bolsheviks calling themselves Russian -- but are simply a tribe of rootless Khazars claiming a religion and ethnicity they only adopted to manipulate and control and deceive. Trump learned ALL the rules and tricks from the master of deception. Roy Cohen. Trump knows. And he's teaching American's how to play the game. Watch.
