Her one hit was written by him, and Neil Young is a ringer for that musician. But the main subject was not Neil Young. It seems to have been Taylor, but I just found a pdf of a book that was indirectly referenced by a commenter (via the henrymakow.com web site), and for what it might be worth, maybe nothing, the book has a lot to say about Neil Diamond. It also more briefly discusses James Taylor. The stuff in the book about Neil Diamond is surprising to me and maybe even slightly shocking. I can't vouch for its truthfulness. I have no idea. The book Thanks For The Memories is well known in the Trigger/Red Pill/Conspiracy Theorist circles. A lot of false information is put out to make us look crazy & to confuse people new to those circles, but I can tell you that book is the real deal.
Like I said, take all those kinds of things with a grain of salt cuz sometimes the legitimate sources unknowingly spread false info.
I don't think Neil Young was the secondary bad guy either.
DeleteLarson was so traumatized by what she learned about James Taylor that she cut his song from her album (there are no credits attributed to him).
Had she learned similar news about Young (with whom she had a MUCH closer relationship than with Taylor), she would have been even more devastated and DEFINITELY would have cut his song from the album. She did not, the Neil song remains.
Also, the way the blind is written, says that bad guy #1 (Taylor) is the one who sent her into a depressive spiral. Not #2. I think #2 is somebody she was not close to. She was only close to his family member.

DeleteNobody knows who *that* Himmmm is. He's the main writer for the group and the only non-famous one, although he grew up around fame. I had an idea of who it was, but after the INXS blind, I realized I was wrong.
Anyway, public guessing meant incorrect names got thrown about and somebody with the same name as a guess got stalked and threatened and I guess it was a big, expensive, legal battle.
So we don't post guesses here.

Some blinds get revealed years later. Sometimes Enty thinks he revealed a blind when he hasn't.

ReplyDelete@Neil, I'm almost as new as you, but I don't think a lack of reveal says anything about whether a blind was true. (For that matter, a reveal doesn't necessary prove truth either.) I am not a lawyer, but whatever fig leaf of non-slander the blind format provides, that surely goes away when he starts naming names. So you'll notice that nearly all the reveals have featured either A) non-criminal activity, B) criminal activity that's already been made public, perhaps in court, or C) perpetrators who are dead. Some big living names have been mentioned (Geffen, for instance), but only in connection with pedophiles, not accused of it themselves.
ReplyDeleteThe big blinds everyone's still begging for tend to be the ones where the perps are still alive and could still be charged, so they would have an incentive to come after the blogger, legally or otherwise. I don't really expect to see those revealed until the subjects are dead or facing public charges in court. That's not a complaint; just being realistic.
