This foreign born A list athlete supposedly has a girlfriend. Uh huh. Anyway, his host while out of the country provided the athlete with several women who will actually have sex with him. Of course the host recorded it all for "leverage" down the road. I'm not sure you could expect anything less from this host who is one of the all time a-holes.
