OTS: Since I posted a comment yesterday about the upcoming Earthquakes that will hit the Pacific Coast, there have been two Massive Quakes: A 7.3 in Venezuela and a 6.3 in Oregon this morning. Word,man. Island is strong though and house safe AF(in terms of size,structure). Florida was scarier in some ways.... Key West had a whopper too. It’s all quite unnerving. Winds picking up a bit each day...
What you can't prepare for in the Caribbean (God's favorite places) is a tsunami should something extraordinary happen on the mainland like Venezuela. I pray all the time my friends in Cuba and the US Virgin Islands (lived in both places) are safe. Certainly prayers have gone out more than once for Tricia and her adorable children and I suspect handsome husband. You guys just be prepared!
I don't remember what I said about Yosemite. That said, the Lakota believe that will be where the world, as they know it, ends. Between the volcano under the land and the possibility of a massive earthquake there, too, uh...no way I am vacationing there any time soon!
San Francisco or Los Angeles? Both. San Francisco is far more fragile with the hills and the way all the homes and buildings are built.
The truth is, I was supposed to return home yesterday to New Mexico. I am so nervous and spastic the last couple of days I am afraid of going back for some reason. So I am staying with my girlfriend in Hell's Kitchen.
She is eating Valium like M & M's. I do that to people.
