Blind Item #7

This former A+ list mostly television actor from multiple very hit shows from the same network is anxious to get his reboot going. He really needs the cash infusion and what he most loves about it is that he doesn't have to share any of the money with his ex because of a carve out provision in their divorce agreement.

  3. I love Frasier, but please no more reboots. There is not one creative idea left in HW it seems.

    1. But Will and Grace 2 was fantastic and not at all preachy!

  4. I agree, nonyabusiness. The show died because it ran it's course.

  5. Will & Grace was just sad. I only watched two episodes but it was painful.

Kelsey Grammar had series on Fox and Starz, but I guess those were not big hits. I loved "Frasier," but I don't want it to come back.

    1. You weren't a fan of the "YOU LITTLE MILLENIAL QUEERS DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD YOU HAVE IT!" speech?

I thought it was the most influential speech in English since John Galt

  8. I watch Frasier every night. It's my all time favorite. Television programming today is crap so I wouldn't mind a reboot, if it is as good as the original.
Good that anorexic looking plastic surgery addicted Camille can't touch the money!

  9. Won’t watch a Frazier reboot without John Mahoney

  10. I dont like him as a human, but hes a talent. His entourage was brilliantly chosen, and he made sure to let them shine. He might actually do a good job; he pulled that colorful third teer character in a bar and created tv history. Watch. I bet he pulls it off.

  11. Last we saw Frasier, he was headed to Chicago in pursuit of Laura Linney (I forget her character's name) - I think you can reboot, but with an entirely different cast, which would solve the Mahoney problem (I agree, you cannot leave him in Seattle without his father). Frasier went from Boston to Seattle and mae it work - I think a clever writing staff could build a 3rd life for him that could be just as entertaining.

  12. So do Frazier but since RoseAnne still wants to do a sitcom throw her into it.
She works at the radio station or whatever. She's pro-Trump. Frasier is the LIB POV.
They go at each other every week. Get some great writers. It'll be funny as hell.

Even let the libs get more points, as long as it's funny.

  13. I should add to my post RoseAnne could be playing herself trying to rehab from losing her sitcom. The radio station could be full of washed-up or "on-probation" Celebs...

  14. What about Charlie Sheen and Two and a Half Men?

  15. They could turn Marty into an unseen cast member much like Vera used to be on Cheers. He'd be on the other line or they would mention him in conversation, etc... Sad John Mahoney has left us, but I feel Martin Crain would live forever.

    2. Muhammad said pre pubescent boys are the same as pre pubescent girls and it's therefore ok to have sex with them, hence bacha bazi in muslim shitholes.

  19. Frasier was and still is my show. I doubt a reboot would be as satisfying as it initially sounds, especially after the dad died. Just watch the old episodes.

  20. If there's one thing that Hollweird is flush with, it's lack of originality.

  21. Sick with the flu & have been watching Frasier non-stop. Can’t even imagine a reboot without John Mahoney & Eddie, not to mention the rest of the cast who worked magnificently together.

BTW, thanks to all who mentioned ‘The Sinner’. Watched that as well and couldn’t believe how good Jessica Biel was — and such a compelling plot.

  22. 24 reboot?
But does Keifer Sutherland really need cash infusion?

  23. He needs Camille with him on that show, she smoothed out the drama and situations he created with a lot of his peers.
That being said.... NO MORE REBOOTS! It's just sad or come up with a new version of make it or break it. Never mind that would suggest suck too.
Okay going back to the ranch, side reboot of That 70s show.

  24. I would love to see a Frasier reboot. I just don't see how they can without John Mahoney though.
