One of the reasons this former A list dual threat actor who comes from a sprawling family of comic actors is going to court is because his celebrity ex spends all her child support money on drugs and trying to stay famous.
This is not a blind because Wendy reported it yesterday....it's Damon Wayons Jr and his ex. He claims she is spending child support money on herself and kids are not in school regularly or are frequently tardy.
Damon Wayans Jr. is the one taking his baby mama to court. I believe he is trying to get full custody of the child. The baby mama also had a "break baby" with Duane Wade while he and Gabrielle Union were allegedly broken up for a few weeks.
