Those forced award season bearding contracts are the worst. This one was officially sealed this week between this young probable award winner and the celebrity offspring.
I could be wrong but- Enty has complained about how antiquated the academy and other award shows are before & their lack of diversity is a known issue.
He highlighted the spike in bearding relationships around awards season so it could be a simple fact that it's 2 birds in one stone - the academy is more likely to give them the win they're hoping for if they appear to be in a hetero relationship & they get more publicity.
He strikes me as a 22 yo kid who can't believe his sudden fame and is loving life with a pretty girl who is also the daughter of an actor he probably worshipped growing up. If the kissing looked awkward--jeez, they're kids!
This is the kid who said, during last year's grind around the Academy Awards, that he could not speak about Woody Allen because of "contractual obligations" related to the film he did with the director. Next day Allen was quick to say that there was no such gag requirement in Chalamet's contract.
So yeah definitely, Chalamet is insecure about his talent and is a phony who would lie to get ahead.

Didn't Timothee date Lourdes Leon before fame? I mean, maybe it was just to be able to queen out over Madonna up close, but more likely it was legit.

ReplyDeleteI find it unbelievable that ANYONE could think this relationship is legit. Timothée has spoken very plainly about how he keeps his private life private. He’s the kind of guy who can stay hidden when he wants to and disappear off the grid. But he and Lily walk and “kiss” (idk if I could even call that kissing lol) publicly in a very populated area of NYC over 3 straight days which we are still getting “new” pictures of. This is CLASSIC bearding/PR.
