This actress was a toddler when she was signed to a one year contract on this daytime powerhouse. She barely lasted a week. Because there were other young siblings in the family, the mother of our toddler spent most of the day chasing them around the set which left her daughter alone and unprotected. For five days she was subject to molesting and groping by this long time A list daytime actor. He pretended he was taking care of her, but all he did was abuse her. The mom confronted producers after seeing bruises on the toddler in places that do not normally bruise. The producers then confronted the actor who denied it. The thing is though, there were always rumors about him with a set of twins that had previously played the same character as our toddler. The mom took her toddler that day and had a lawyer draft a letter. The network paid out slightly over $1M to keep it all quiet. The thing is though, the actor was left on the show to finish out that contract. They didn't have the balls to fire him. The character the toddler played is still going strong. Our toddler actress never worked again.

It is ridiculous to guess the name of a toddler abuse victim,especially when she isn't even in the business. ReplyDeleteAlso, soap contracts tend to be 2 years. They are regularly renegotiated. They let the actor finish and didn't renew, so that means he left while the girl's character as still a child.

The majority of mothers who are single are single because of domestic violence or controlling/abusive behaviour, or because the father was an alcoholic/drug addict or simply because the mother was dumped for another woman or man (in the case of women who were used by gay men).
