In addition to all that long term drug use affecting her looks, it is apparently our favorite foreign born singer/reality host/last name lover got a lot of work done to her face too.
When all you have been is stunningly beautiful your whole life in an industry that only values youth. I can't imagine the mind fuck she is going through being past "prime age". She needs a good therapist not a plastic surgeon.
