This closeted A= list mostly television actor from a hit pay cable show is trying to keep himself deep deep in the closet to have a chance to be cast as the next star of this decades long movie franchise. They would never hire someone who is openly gay.

ReplyDeleteWhich decades long franchise would never hire someone openly gay? Star Wars, Indy, Muppets and Marvel are all at Disney, whose reputation in that area is pretty good. There's new LoTR coming from Amazon, but I'm not sure it counts as the same franchise as the Peter Jackson films. What other franchise is at least twenty years old, and still making blockbusters?

ReplyDeleteI'm going with either Richard Madden or Sam Heughan for Bond. Leaning more towards Richard since his name came up for Bond so much though he's not on pay cable anymore. I know Enty loves the Sam closeted rumours though. So I won't be surprised by him either.
ReplyDeleteRichard Madden is too young for the part. Too short too, and bland as well. He'd make a good character actor, not lead. Not when you look like an accountant. As for the other guess, Sam Heughan has a gay face. No closet can hide his gayness which is plain to see.

ReplyDeleteLike the Richard Madden guess. He's now on Bodyguard, which is quite good and he'd made a good Bond. Not married - has dated a plethora of gorgeous gals with no serious girlfriends I can tell. Thick Scottish accent. Handsome. Bodyguard was pretty intense. He'd make a great Bond. I just wish he'd work with someone to make him speak just a little bit clearer because I often had to rewind several times to understand what the heck he was saying.

Def Richard Madden. It’s been confirmed that he’s in talks for the next bond movie. I’m still holding out hope for Idris Elba! There legit would never have been a more perfect actor for bond than Elba.

Good looking and Scottish as the original Bond was but I really hope he does not became James Bond because JB is a character that needs to fuck off, I'd prefer to see Richard play some good modern characters and not an outdated fuckwit like James Bond.

The Bond rule, with the exceptions of Connery and Brosnan, is never cast an obviously great Bond. So if you think someone would be a great Bond, odds are they will never cast him.

This is Sam Heughan. He has been open about wanting Bond. Richard Madden dated Jenna Coleman quite seriously for 4 years and has been dating Ellie Bamber for over a year. Richard has confirmed in recent interviews that he has not been approached about Bond, no matter what the UK tabs say.
