  2. Listen, the truth is that dramatic weight loss in a relatively short period is only possible through surgery or some sort of limited starvation. And they'll always need surgery to get rid of the resulting flaps of skin no matter how they lost the weight.

    1. Frogs really don't have a good sense of humor when it comes to their vanity.

They got some damn nice legs though...

  8. She looks healthier. I predict she will be nominated this year for a Golden Globe for her portrayal of author Lee Israel in the current film, Can You Ever Forgive me? She may even take it home. Ditto Academy Awards. She will have a lot of competition there. She could pull it off.

This weekend, unless your neighborhood is on fire, you might want to pick up a copy of Israel's book of the same name. You will laugh your tush off. A wonderful read. She was such a brilliant writer.

If you live in California and your neighborhood IS on fire, my prayers and tears are with all of you. The news footage is just brutal! Much love.

  9. Intermittent fasting worked for me. Skip dinner, go to bed hungry, wake up with a flat stomach. First few days can be hard, but you can cheat a bit by eating a small amount of low carb in the evening. It seems to reset the appetite - you end up not that fussed about eating generally.

I now look like a supermodel. Except shorter. And with resting bitch face.

  11. Losing weight is probably one of the simplest problems known to mankind ....

Burn more calories than you consume!

There a thousand different variations so, that is where it gets confusing

  13. Brayson: I saw the footage, too, and it's heartbreaking. They are in complete shock and don't have a clue what is happening.

The carnage on animals in this thing is probably unthinkable. Rabbits, horses, deer, chickens, cows, pets, both dogs and cats, goats. Some of this burning land is farm country. As always, there will be no statistics on how many furry creatures have perished.

There is most certainly a Kalifornia Kurse happening right now. How many fires in the last few years? Shootings?

  14. Tip - burn more calories than you eat! If you need surgery to take away part of your stomach, find another replacement for your parent or friend. Food wasnt meant to hurt you. Examine why you choose to eat too much. Theres a reason. 10000 percent there is a reason.

  15. I'm with Mrs Met. Minimum of 16 hours fasts work really well for people who like to eat and don't get satisfied with small portions. You eat a large meal mid afternoon, and nothing else until the next morning. At least 16 hours must pass, you will steadily lose weight, and feel more energetic .

Atkins, or any other no-carb diets gave me a headache and foul breath. So not worth it. Humans need carbs. Carbs are the fuel for our organs. Many women get early osteoporosis because they don't touch carbs for a prolonged period of time, so to get the fuel for the organs, the body attacks the bones. Stay away from non-carb diets.

  16. I love Melissa Mccarthy! I fell in love with her from Go! I've seen every movie she's been in and loved all of them! I'm glad she's healthier, but I think it was a breath of fresh air to see a plus size woman owning it! It can be hard for some people to loose weight. Psychological or thyroid issues makes it hard for them.

  19. If its Melissa McCarthy I wonder if she said to do things naturally because she regrets having surgery, or because she doesn't want anyone to know she had surgery?
