Blind Item #8

This permanent A list host who also has done a little talk show thingy and who all of you know is married. He also likes to get dominated by a professional at least once a week. His wife would freak out if she finds out. Apparently he had a substitute Domme for a few weeks while his regular was ill and the substitute loves to talk about it.

  1. Colbert? His Comedy Central show as the “little talk show thingy?”

  7. Letterman could fit. His Netflix show could be “the little talk show thingy.” However, I believe that he spends most of his time on his ranch in Montana and it may be hard to find a dominatrix there ( much easier to find one in LA or NY).

  8. Pat Sajak had a talk show at one time.

  9. I thought that the First Rule of being a Domme is to not talk about being a Dom (or the clients)?! Very unperfessionel ;)

  16. I guess Enty wouldn't describe Seinfeld as merely a host, but that's who came to my mind for the "Little talk show thing."

  17. It sounds like a host who does talk shows on the side. Like an Andy Cohen type of person

Letterman, Colbert , Leno are mostly talk shows

  18. IF it was Colbert, I would seriously consider a change in careers. :)

I know a little about this world, knew a domme from NYC. Said their client list was all judges, lawyers, CEOs, etc. The powerful, mostly. Their fantasies aren't getting laid, it's letting someone else being in complete charge and control for an hour or two. Making them feel small and powerless. It's a fascinating world - does nothing for me, but the psychology is fascinating. Everyone thinks BDSM is about getting off - that can be part of it, but from what I've seen and been told it's mostly psychological and emotional.
That's why it's not surprising a powerful dude in entertainment is into it.

  21. Eh, people like weird sh!t, everyone has their perversions. As long as it's consensual and legal who cares.

  22. Ooh, I like the Baldwin guess! SNL host and talk show thingy

  23. I'll pile on with the Baldwin thing.

  24. Baldwin for sure. He's a massive douche IRL. Seeing a dom would fit that personality.

  25. Alec Baldwin. He likes hitting and getting hit.

  26. @Norcal, maybe he had to settle for being tied to the automatic horse walker while being smacked by a lunge whip by a middle aged barn mucker wearing plaid.
