She walked away from the show under a cloud of I am better than everyone and all of you need to suck it. She took someone with her when she left and ruined their acting career and then never spoke to that person or helped them. Now though, apparently she is going back to the show she once mocked. Interesting times.

ReplyDeleteLast I heard she was replacing Markle on Suits. Funny she thought she was gonna be a movie stah...and ending up a supporting re-occuring character on a cable show no one watches.

@Thursday, yes she has a role on Suits. I wonder if that lot got sick of her as well, and that's why she's going back to Grey's.

Yes that was a terrible choice on his part, sadly he should have just sucked it up and kept his mouth shut.
Theater may be his first love but after breaking into TV with a plum role on an A+ show it is really SAD SAD SECONDS to anything.

ReplyDeleteMany published reports say TR Knight left Grey's Anatomy because Katherine Heigl fed him some bs about how his sexuality and the incident between him, Patrick Dempsey, and Isaiah Washington was not handled properly. The reports say Heigl told Knight she would stand by him and leave the show too.
As you point out, funny how she left a year after he did.
Thanks, I vaguely recalled it was some twisted story but couldn't remember the specifics. And I must have been the only reader who took it Enty meant took him down with her, destroyed both of the high-flying careers they had at that peak -- because that was the point of all those stories back then -- not that she literally dragged him off the set with her in the year she finally did leave.

ReplyDeleteNot only did she take TR Knight with her she ruined Isaiah Washington's career with her insinuations that even then people said were not quite the truth.
