Apparently this married permanent A+/A list mostly movie actor was moderately drunk and got a little too rough and nasty with the person hired for the night to have sex with him. Even though she was 18 and dressed to look about 13, he got violent when he saw she had a tattoo and said no 13 year old would have one. He then shoved her down to the floor and told her to leave.

Besides, when he had a few brushes with French law during production of Ronin, it appeared that his meal of choice was big black mamas. On that front, he wasn't that dissimilar from his character in Jackie Brown.
That said, if the blind doesn't explicitly says that it's not Robert De Niro, it must be the disgusting liberal actor who's said bad words about the greatest president eva.
I too do not feel in all the sick fuck mind set that this is De Niro but I never thought of the political implication either. Love you guys for throwing the obvious into the ambiguities to rule someone out.
