Blind Item #10

Pretty disturbing that this permanent A list singer from a permanent A list band who is a documented abuser/rapist of underage female teens paid for a facility that will house underage female teens and he will have unlimited access to the facility. Did no one think this was a bad idea?

  5. He even had a "scarf cutting" ceremony to open the place. Sheesh!

  7. First thought when I read about “Janie’s House” was ‘If Steven Tyler was so concerned about the welfare of of girls, he would have done this close after the release of the single in 1989”
Also I am wondering why he picked Tennessee, besides the fact that he has been trying to be a country singer for the past few years.

  8. The only issue I have with this blind is the underage portion. The facility is designed to help young women who have aged out of foster care. By definition, those women would be adults.

  9. These blinds are more like DM quizzes.

  10. His ex Bebe is in Nashville. Don't know if there's a correlation or not.

    1. It does. But you know that didn’t happen! There’s no way that the rich and powerful would use their power and wealth to prey on vulnerable people! That’s a conspiracy theory made up by right wing trolls, probably Russians. 🙄

  12. @Low Key, I saw him up close over ten years ago and he was geezing then, nowadays he's got to be almost Weekend at Bernie's.

  13. Obviously it's Stephen Tyler. These are hardly blinds

  14. What's up with the non-blinds, Enty? It's awards season. There's gotta be more out there than what the DM is reporting.

  15. I hate this if it is true about the all access. The premise/ idea for the house is good.

  16. Also- ick. Who thought THIS was a good idea?

  17. What in the actual fuck? Why doesn't someone close to that organization, one of the girls, SOMEONE over there expose his ass??? I'll never understand it.

I'm not talking about girls that are traumatized and shocked into silence, I get that, I'm talking about an adult that works there or someone in that area who can see what a creeper he is.

Absolutely maddening. Such a pity because I do like old school Aerosmith.

  18. Saw this in the news, wondering if it would be mentioned here. Disgusted. These young women need help not more abuse. Hope it is just or or a tax strategy and he doesn't return to visit.

  19. I have never posted before, but I am close to someone who works at the organization where he donated the money for the group home. It’s a wonderful place that is headquartered in TN which is probably why the home was built there. The organization is well respected and helps a lot of children and families. I don’t know anything about Steven Tyler but I can guarantee you he will never have unaccompanied access to the home. He will probably only show up every few years or even less and only to appear at fundraisers or major events. And he will NEVER be alone with a young lady who is receiving services.

  20. @ Aunt Suz - that may be true as far as public consumption goes. But what if he waves a huge wad of sweaty cash in someone's face for a few hours of "alone time" with a young and emotionally unstable woman? What if it was done without your friend knowing about it? It happens, just sayin.
