Blind Items Revealed #5

February 6, 2019

This permanent A list model/reality host/actress/mogul did not put up one penny of a business she is opening. She told investors she was going to, but ended up putting nothing into the project. I think she realized it is great as a popup type thing, but not a permanent business.

Tyra Banks

  1. She must really have high hopes for this thing, bc she's not hosting America's Got Talent for next season.

  2. Blindspeak:
For acting and hosting this perm A model has skill, but when investors open her business don't send her the bill. A fun time blue popup is in, but after four hours call your physician.

  3. In my years involved in Real Estate, I have found that most celebrities don't have any money.

Sure, a few do have lots and lots. And, a few have invested well enough.

However, the majority live pay check to pay check, (like most Americans) & they don't save anything they earned.

They also have lots of "family" that hang around for the monthly check while they demand millions for themselves.

So, if Tyra is able to convince 'investors' to invest, good for her!

    1. They’re also very dull people IRL.

They’re like human versions of stick photos, not a single original thought. Just parrot around whatever trendy cause is there to retweet. FML.

  4. Model Land won't last, even back in the 90's with real super models something like model land would've only last a couple years if that.

    1. I used to watch FTV a lot growing up.

Then my parents thought it was clever to “hide” the channel so I couldn’t watch that along with MTV and Channel [V] but i worked my way around it tinkering with the settings and managed to make it accessible again and “unhide” it, and then I’d hide it again before my parents could see. LOL.

      ‘90s supermodels were the best.

  6. @David interesting, I did read a blind on reddit once and he said he had a lot of lawyer fees and only has about a million to his name in spite of being in a popular franchise. No one knew who it was but the best guess was Elijah Woods

  7. Someone should sit Tyra down and explain that NO ONE cares about models anymore! Gisele was the last real supermodel and even she's been around for more than 20 years.

  8. Model Land sounds absolutely stupid and definitely headed towards business failure. Are boys/men going to this? And what percentage of women/girls will attend? So in the end, how many people will regularly visit this idiotic concept? The numbers just aren't there regardless of how amazing/bad this turns out to be.

  10. Maybe they could tweek the business plan a little... Make it more like a CarMax Dealership. Sell used models (no more than 12 years past their prime) for a reasonable, no hassle price.

OR the underage Model Heavy Petting Zoo could be a hit

  11. Is that business the supermodel amusement park?

  12. Maybe if it was like Fyre (the app) where you could book "talent" and cocaine for your yacht, delivered by the the models. Instagram already has that covered though.

  13. @Krissie with the benefit of hindsight on our side, I wonder if the subject of the blind might have been Johnny Depp.
