More of a business decision for the foreign born serial cheating A list athlete than anything else. Paying off the guy who took the photo is way less than a divorce if the photo hit the tabloids.

On to the BI, why pay off a photog when the news has already hit about your arrest? Cats out of the bag now. Not that it was ever *in* the bag. It’s no secret he’s an abuser and cheater. And the missus surely noticed that he wasn’t home at 5am. What else would he be doing? Out jogging? He’s a prick and karma will get him. But the hoes he’s slumming with are scum too — the paid for ones as well as the free of charge.
The blind says "business decision" and "paying off" Connor McGregor did neither of these things. He grabbed a phone and trashed it and is now facing MORE charges, possibly deportment.
Business decision implies a reasoned thought involving an exchange of money handled BEFORE the pics made it to public...not a hot-headed assault ending in an arrest with a payoff AFTER behavior made public.
Interesting piece of info about Beckham. My wife's best friend works in a lawfirm in London and has said that Becks sleeps around loads but all the women he sleeps with sign NDAs. Literally, go to hotel bedroom, sign NDA, sleep with Becks. Nice.
