An ex of this A- list mostly movie actor who is kind of a mini me of an A+ lister from the same background says they rarely had actual intercourse because the steroids he took gave him some impotence issues.
I read this blind as the ex of the A- steroid using guy looks just like an A+ lister due to the similarities in their background. Whether the A- guy had a relationship with the A+ lister is unclear.

This reminds me of how Reggie Bush picked Kim’s doppleganger after Kim.
The rumor I always heard over the past 15 years is that Cena is bi (which makes it worse that he and his younger brothers bully their older brother for being gay).
Plus there's the rumor that he took those photos of Randy Orton in the shower that hit the net in 2004, and Orton himself admitted he and Cena would "pran" each other by putting their dicks on each other's shoulders and seeing how long it'd take them to notice.
All I'm gonna say is that if this is Cena, and it sure sounds like it is based on the description, the ex is obviously Nikki Bella. So I'd take this with a grain of salt because he dumped her and she felt humiliated. And what's the go-to position of a dumped bimbo? The ex had a small unit and/or couldn't get it up. Maybe Cena has used steroids, but Nikki Bella isn't exactly the way God put her together.
After working in hospital for decades lemmie share: Those who use steroids are very...small. There's literally almost nothing to use. Steroids use, especially heavy users, are signing an early death.
