Blind Item #6

This foreign born permanent A- list celebrity made several solo sex tapes for an on again/off again foreign born infamous celebrity. Apparently a couple of those have leaked beyond his control.

jussie smollett criminal case has been dropped.

  6. I can't believe that piece of shit Jussie got away with it. The city and or state ought to sue his ass.

  7. i cant believe they dropped charges against this douche. federal charges are still on the table...fingers crossed.

  8. So maybe there is a royal sex tape and maybe it isn’t MM.

  9. Told you all he’d get away with it. A special double protected class won’t ever face any repercussions for their actions. He’ll probably get a raise on Empire and go on the lecture circuit complaining about white people and racism.

I'm going with the obvious choice- Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Enty's use of infamous intrigues me.

  11. All you angry white dudes sure are triggered by this.

    1. Lol I’m a woman and if you think it’s ok to let someone get away with a hate crime, you’re fucked in the head. How “triggered” would you be if the races were reversed? 👋🏻🖕🏻

    2. Hate crime against whom? lol

      Delete
    3. Let’s see here: if you were white and framed a bunch of black people and said they committed a crime against you, what would you call that? A crime that is designed to incite racial hatred against an innocent group of people that did not commit any crime, isn’t a racially motivated hate crime?

Or are criminal acts that are designed to inflame racial hatred against white people, somehow not hate crimes?

      Delete
    4. That is not the definition of a hate crime & white people lie about black people committing crimes all the time with far worse results (see Central Park 5 & Emmett Till) & are never charged with a hate crime (because that’s not what a hate crime is). Get a grip.

      Delete
    5. Also, who was framed? In your fervor to support the ridiculous notion of black oppression of white people, you’re not making any sense, sis.

      Delete
    6. Ok so an example no more recent than 1989 is the best example of whites lying about blacks “hate crime” you’ve got? And please stop with the “whataboutism”, I would consider anyone of any race lying to implicate anyone of any other race in a racially motivated crime, to be a hate crime. Why not just say that whites cannot be victims of “hate crimes” or racially motivated crimes, and do not deserve the same protection under the law as non whites would get? Be honest about it. You and others here want some people to be more equal than others. That’s all it is, but I’m the evil mean bad racist for pointing it out.

      Delete
    7. Jussie said two white male Trump supporters attacked him, threw bleach on him and put a noose around his neck. You really mean to tell me that wasn’t done to inflame hatred against white men? Who had committed no crime? Please tell me how that isn’t an attempt to whip up hatred against white people. Again, if the races were reversed, what would you call it?

      Delete
    8. Uh, so he framed all white male Trump supporters is your argument? Good lord lol work less on your performative victimhood and more on your logic. I didn’t use the most recent examples, I used two of the most famous & poignant (death & life in prison were the consequences), surely you don’t believe there aren’t recent examples...

  14. You don't have to be white or male to be angry that some piece of selfish shit abused law enforcement resources to promote a false narrative to make themselves out as the victim they never were,*just so they could get a raise at work*.

You do not have to be white or male to be pissed off that that stupidpiece of shit, Jussie Smollett, tied up law enforcement resources for MONTHS chasing a non-existent crime when they could have been working on solving ACTUAL crimes.

    ReplyDelete
  15. still making himself out to be a victim. LOL!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Now Jussie's going to have spend the rest of his money on a false arrest and defamation suit that will get laughed out of court! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  17. Wait a minute? How could this happen is racist America? The twofer walks? It's almost as if the place wasn't racist at all.

  18. @ astra worthington sorry but I think you are wrong. He might be double class protected in legal sense and law enforcement/the establishment not wanting to prosecute him unless it is a slam dunk but he is dead in Hollywood eyes. The accusation was enough and there are rumblings of EMPIRE's cancellation as a result of the bad press and association. There will be NO raise on the show. You don't see groups rallying around him ala press with poor Jussie victimized. Being found NOT prosecutable vs innocent of charges are two different animals.

    4. U should totally call me the lesbian derek.

    5. You see, Astra, much of this does have to do with me. It has to do with anyone who stands against (obvious) racism and mocking sexual assault. Of course now we may as well just sprinkle some anti-gay talk on as well, because....well... Why NOT?
you're a superior class for sure.
You show us every day how intelligent and classy you are.
      Please, keep going...

      Delete
    6. You seem to think I care if you consider me intelligent or classy. Yes I care so deeply about the opinions of someone that gets underage girls drunk and brags about sexually assaulting them. Boy you better believe I am desperate for YOUR seal of approval 😂😆

Why not just give up the tired old script of “ur raycissss ur anti gayyy”? It’s all you’ve got, you can believe what you want and it isn’t going to get the frantic backpedaling and deflection that you expect when you pull out those cards. It’s boring and tired and it’s really sad that you just keep flinging the same old shit like this will be the time that it finally works! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

  19. TMZ reporting that the Chicago States Attorney, the one who 'recused' herself after having contacted Jussies family before his arrest, then fucked off to attend the Oscars, refused herself from the R Kelly prosecution because 'she used to be a fan', then was contacted about Jussie by Michelle Obama's people, is coming under some serious fire for this..

Heads may still roll, only it might not be the head of a small, dim, petulant, crime hoaxing double threat.

"We're told the State's Attorney, Kim Foxx, told Chicago police she was dropping the case because Jussie would have only gotten community service if convicted and she said he has already performed community service so there is no point in prosecuting him. We could not find any record of Smollett doing community service.
We're told Chicago police are "furious" and feel something untoward is going on with Kim Foxx."

  24. Sorry to continue the off-topic, but calling what Jussie did a "hate crime" is neither legally or linguistically accurate. From a legal perspective, Jussie filed a fraudulent report and unless he used someone else' identity or used the false report to commit insurance fraud, they could only make a misdemeanor case. A real hate crime involves violence or the imminent threat of violence based on the victim(s)'s status in an protected class. The police or the public at large are not protected classes.

As far as non-legal definitions, Jussie committed fraud, abused the legal system & the public's empathy for victims. While we all hate what he did, it was not a hate crime.

From what I've read, it sounds like the prosecution's case evaporated when the brothers Jussie allegedly hired became uncooperative. In addition, some of the material evidence turned out to not be as strong as was originally reported. I think the prosecutor's office felt the jury wouldn't convict based on the circumstantial evidence alone so they cut bait before Jury Selection. This way, in theory, they could refile charges if new evidence emerges or if one of the brothers decided to testify. Once Jury selection starts, double jeopardy attaches.

Certain cast members of Empire may be supportive of Jussie, but Lee Daniels has not shown the same support...

    1. Thank you BayAreaGirl, for that info. If that’s the case then that’s that. However I am sure we can all agree that if the races had been reversed, no expense would be spared and every obscure law on the books would be hauled out to convict a white perpetrator of a hoax implicating black attackers, designed to whip up racial hatred. Or, at the very least, exploit racial tensions for personal gain. Anyone who doesn’t think this kind of shit is disgusting, has a serious screw loose.

      Delete
    2. Am not sure talking about the reverse works because whites are almost never classified as the victims of a hate crime. This is why a white person concocting a hoax that they are the victim of a hate crime wouldn’t be believed. That and because this country has a long and depressing history of accusing blacks of crimes they didn’t commit. A trial with an outcome would have been better in this case, but whites have been getting off for stuff for decades since the system has always been in their favor so now it happened for a black petson.Jussie being an apparent pathological liar and fraudster as well as a professional victim will haunt him the rest of his life because everyone now sees him as mentally unstable. He’s been tried in the court pf public opinion. I have to be satisifed with that. A white who concocted this hoax would also be tried in the court of public opinion. Look at Lori Loughlin.

  27. Gossipgal, all astra did was point out the obvious, that the incident was clearly staged to make it appear to be a hate crime by white people. How is it that you don't see that?

When it started to appear that it was in fact a hoax, social media started to boil over with Justice for Jussie type posts and people crying racism by the police where there never was in fact never any in this case because there was never any crime.

  29. Astra, you a precious snowflake... You can't really face any mockery without playing the victim card yourself. How little "alpha" of you...

And you didn't address the "white supremacist" accusations, which were far more realistic and came first in my post. Personally, I would react far more I was accused of being a hateful racist than an idiot. But that's just me, and people who don't want to be connected with ideologies such as nazism.

And go on with "Angela the French man". Once you discover that I'm also a Jew (kidding...), that will start to turn into a laundry list of moronic drivel.

  30. You see Astra..keep em talking long enough they ALWAYS OUT THEMSELVES AS THE RACISTS THEY ARE! They literally think whites deserve whatever they get. These people make me sick! They should all move to South Africa where its totally cool to kill whites.

  31. No, Unknown from 12:38PM, you're just expressing how insecure you are at the idea of losing your position and whatever degree of authority that you regard as natural entitlement for you.
Sure, there are militants who are overdoing it, but the overall idea is not to regard you as white, black Asian, Native-American, etc. It's to regard you as who you are, and in your case, it's being a bigoted, prejudiced, hateful idiot, first and foremost.
No wonder you want to dismiss any notion of racial equality, because, if you weren't a white person, you'd be held in even lower esteem than you are today.

So, you have an opinion about the current administration that just announced today that they would cut $18m from the Special Olympics program? You see, while you were busy pearl-clutching and name-calling, the Education Secretary was just making announcements that will actually harm your own child. But, hey, Charles Koch was angry he was paying too many taxes, so you can't make everybody happy.

That's the great thing about having a modicum of insider information. There is indeed a great lot of leaks coming from this Department before official announcements.

So, spare me your fake indignation, or your silence about the white supremacist messages posted here for months. Be offended when offensive things are done, not when it's a card you're happy to play.

  45. Special Olympics- as a special ed teacher, I love it on a local level. I had volunteered for it aa a teen and support it locally. On a state level, I did an internship for a S.O. state office back in the 90s. Lets just say a lot of money is wasted. Like employees golfing daily and taking trips. It turned me off giving non-local levels money- I would rather give money to the town special Olympics team who are all volunteers than waste it. So I am okay with less money going to the national S.O.
