She didn't show up last night for this popular foreign chat show yesterday which left her foreign-born co-star to talk about the show by himself but she still somehow had time to go shopping.

ReplyDeleteSorry to rain on anyone's parade but Lost had just as loyal a following, myself included. We all got screwed the last episode. I read the GOT books and decided not to watch the show until I knew it had a decent ending. Once bitten twice shy.
ReplyDeleteI read the books before season 6 and I still like the show better except for season 7 which was mediocre.
ReplyDeleteYeah, but lost didnt have the reach that GOT has. It is estimated that 1 billion people will watch GOT when in comes on air. Thats insane, if we take worlds population to be 8 billion then 1 in 8 person will watch GOT, damn! I predict either Jon or Danny dies in the first 2 episodes!
ReplyDelete@Post Cards, But you forget that Damon Lindelof is the master of making stuff up as he goes along and f*cking up endings. It's like he mixed up the endings of Lost and The Leftovers. I doubt GoT could even aspire to his level of incompetence.
ReplyDeleteOh if anyone hasn't seen the Leftovers don't bother. Nothing on the show really means anything or has any relevance to why all the people disappeared.
I thought The Letovers was brilliant. Never understood the people claiming "it's about nothing important", just because they're not spoon-fed answers about the disappearances when it was never about that.

There are a lot of shows where the endings are blah. Six Feet Under's was the best in my opinion. Hey, if I'm wrong and it's amazing then great, I can binge watch it. Whereas I wasted hundreds of Wednesday nights on Lost. I'm still hurting guys lol. I hate to mention but the actors are doing well in their roles because they are awesome characters. George R.R. is a really good writer. If you doubt it watch Pompei you can see how well Kit does.....it's like watching Jon snow running around Pompei. He doesn't have range.

ReplyDeleteI just binge re-wratched Breaking-Bad. It has such a satisfying end, next up is Six Feet Under. Worst was Seinfeld.

@Post Cards, Lost's ending was a special case because they kept saying they had everything mapped out, everything clue connected to something else, etc. Afterwards we find out from insiders that it was just bullsh!t, they made it up as they went along.
ReplyDeleteAlso fans predicted in the first season that everyone was dead, the creators repeatedly and vigorously denied that, seasons later what did we find out? Everyone was dead.
I think Seinfelds ending was perfect! The show was about 4 super self centered people, and in the last scene, they are in jail but they kept discussing about a button on Georges shirt. It was a perfect ending for a show about nothing!

Yet, she didn't go on Graham Norton show and didn't go to the Belfast premiere. But I though she desperately needed the publicity!!! What another load of BS.

And I thought Enty claims the co-star and Emilia are having an affair and the fake marriage will end when the TV series does? So this blind makes no sense. Why don't you tell us the real story? Maybe Enty is on the wife's family's payroll too.

ReplyDeleteI love GOT but hate Dany and Jon together. Way too predictable and very, very boring. Zero chemistry (which is why I don't buy the affair blinds). And yeah they are both very boring actors. If we could just have CleganeBowl for every episode for the rest of the series, I'd be happy. Get hype!
