People think there is no such thing as debtor's prison any longer. You might not have to stay in there for years any longer, but you can still get arrested for not paying debts as this former really bad actress turned reality star turned wannabe really bad actress is going to find out.

    1. Yes! I loathe comic book movies--the last one I saw was the Bale Batman and before that, Superman 2.

It looks great, and I can't wait to see it--hopefully it's good and not just for fans of the genre

  4. No, you can get in trouble for failing to appear for your court date:

"The actress failed to show up at a hearing on March 29, spurring the Calif. court to order a bench warrant issued to the star and held to a new date. Bail was set at $5,000."

  5. Oh yeah that teaser trailer makes the Joker movie look like complete dogsh!t. Another subpar offering from DC Warner Bros who can't get out of their own way.

  8. I’m with yepthatsme. It looks really good. I might see it even though I don’t like superhero films. First superhero Oscar winner?

  9. It's still a crime to write a bad check or bounce one in Texas. If you can't pay the fines, you go to jail.

  10. If that's the case, Lilo would already have a life sentence.

  11. Definitely Tori...now she owes even more money. The head in the sand approach doesnt work with debts. What is the real scoop on that marriage? Income?

  12. She's going to jail for skipping out on a court date not for the debt itself.

  13. Good lord! Where is Tori Spelling ever going to get $5k for bail?!

  15. If Tori spends more time in jail than Jussie. That's so Hollywood!

  16. In the judgement hearing (the one that she didn’t attend), they put into place wage garnishment so I’m sure this new 90210 reboot WILL happen

  17. @BayAreaGirl, going to jail for check kiting is for the fraud itself and not some owed debt.

  18. Timebob-- wouldn't that be something?! Based on that other blind, she could face more time than Jussie and R.Kelly combined!😒 If courts would allow a change of address, Im sure she'd be loading up the truck and movin' to Cook County (reverse Bev Hillbillies-style).
