Blind Items Revealed #5

April 3, 2019

People think there is no such thing as debtor's prison any longer. You might not have to stay in there for years any longer, but you can still get arrested for not paying debts as this former really bad actress turned reality star turned wannabe really bad actress is going to find out.

Tori Spelling

  1. This is why Enty is not a lawyer. You can't get arrested in California for past due debt. She is failing to appear at a debtors exam, which is contempt of court

  2. Enty explained this on his podcast. If you do not respond to the summons you can be arrested. He said that this often happens when people move and get the notice in the mail at their old address. They are not aware of a court date and can get arrested when they do not show up in court.

  3. I didn't word the post. The author said you can goto jail for not paying debts which is untrue in California. Straight up false, there's that

  4. A bit of poetic license, perhaps? Point is, Tori hasn't paid bills and hasnt shown for court. Tori needs the 90210 thing to happen, basically just to clear this mess, let alone get ahead. She's got a huge family now. Please, some life coach, donate your services to creating a doable budget for Tori and Dean. Perhaps that could be the reality show, Tori and Dean Try to Get it Together.

I am actually mad at myself for still coming to this site. This is a blog not a "insider" other than those reality show stars and Amanda Peet give "info" too. Blind implies it happens before the DM/ magazine posts about it It is not an "insider tidbit" after there are pics on the DM. This really is a website about the "chicken or the egg." Eye roll.

  7. What's gonna happen is her next paycheck will all be taken away from her, unless they try to hide it like Dance Moms or Tisha Campbell & her hubs tried to do, which got them almost or sent to jail.

  8. She could get even if she would just do what she was born to do: Reboot Mr. Ed. They wouldn't have to dub her voice even. Mrs. Ed if you need to be "realistic".

  9. CCgirl, I think at least half of the blind items here are just Daily Mail articles reworded as blind items. On any given day you can go to DM and match the articles with the day's BIs. It's kind of pathetic.

  10. What paycheck? How much residuals do the 90210 people still get?

  11. I wonder what they did with the Bennyhaun settlement she received last yr , and she sued a hotel for her youngest scratching his arm on a wall !

  12. Reboot Mr. Ed to Mrs. Ed! HAHAHAHAHA
That was totally funny, but imagine, they would not have to bother calling in Animal services. They can also still use the feed bag

  13. with all Aaron Spelling's millions/billions, why doesnt Candy just dispense with the debt and pay for therapy instead of letting this happen. I dont think her father would have wanted this for her.

  14. ironic considering how wealthy candy spelling is

  15. Aaron Spelling was one of the richest people in Hollywood. It is very odd that his daughter would be in debt.

  16. Aaron only left her $800K when he died. According to Candy, it was because Tori spent way too much money. Of course, she developed that habit because her parents indulged her every whim growing up, so it seems pretty mean to penalize her for it later. Then again, if he had left her $25 million, that would probably be gone by now too.

  17. Simple: Tori was a spoiled to death child. Parents grew to resent the spoiled person she became. And Candy is a total bitch

  18. Would it not be prudent to assume that Candy darling is supporting the grand kids and that mother Tori is on a very tight allowance so she doesn't OD on wealth like so many heirs/esses do. 90+ % of inherited wealth never makes it past two generations. I'll bet the matriarch is well aware of the odds.

  19. My guess is that Candy and Aaron were trying to give Tori a chance to change her ways and prove she could be responsible with money, and if she succeeded she would have gotten an equal share of Candy's estate when she died. I think it's safe to day that she failed miserably.

Candy and Aaron definitely created the problem, but Tori is now pushing 50. If you haven't overcome your childhood issues by that point in your life, that's on you, not your parents.

  20. How do they afford to go on all the vacations they go on? Or to movie openings and all the places she posts on Instagram?

  21. Maybe you can’t go to jail for owing money, but you can go to jail for fraud. You misstate your income or assets on a loan/credit application: fraud.

  22. feel sorry for her ... never taught how to handle finances or budget. cold bitch mother, her father ET left nothing for her in trust. she never had a hope
