I almost had a heart attack listening to the news and they mentioned how researchers are looking into surreptitiously weighing passengers before boarding to get more accurate fuel economy measurements. They claim it will be "anonymous." It's enough to make me look into Amtrak.

I believe it could be blood tests after medical emergencies such as surprise ER visits which could (this is ONLY AN EXAMPLE) reveal she does crack, heroin, or some other socially unacceptable vice.

ReplyDeletePossible STIs is a good guess. Like JLaw ignored a lot of slutty rumors until word was she was dirty and she immediately started telling multiple outlets she was completely clean. Can't risk diminishing future business prospects.

ReplyDelete@Vita: I WISH that airlines could weigh passengers! I fly a lot (for both business & pleasure) and often wind up with a seat mate who is very overweight and takes up half my seat. It’s pretty unbearable, especially on a long flight. I’ve also had issues with overweight luggage (I sometimes need to purchase things for work). I’m perfectly willing to pay an extra charge, but I’ve been told several times that I cannot do that, and need to unpack some of it and leave it behind (which could potentially get me fired if that was the purpose of the trip.) I’ve actually offered to have them weigh me and my luggage together and compare it to other passengers, as I know I’d be on the low end of the scale, so to speak.

Anyway, regarding Mimi, I think it’s mental health & substance abuse issues. These could show instability on her part, which is what I’m assuming the manager is trying to prove. I think her surgery is common knowledge at this point. Not sure about the STD’s. Never heard rumors about her sleeping around, but who knows?
