After her significant other said she could lose a couple of pounds, which is ridiculous, this A- list mostly movie actress from an acting family all of you know has been starving herself over the past several weeks.
That seems like a good guess. I could see some turdball telling her that. If she wanted to look better - and she looks great, I'm not saying she doesn't, so everybody calm down pre-emptively - but if she wanted to look better she doesn't need to lose weight, she should lift weights and tone up a little bit.
We're I the asshole boyfriend for Elle, I'd go with a subtle natural shaped boob-job to balance out her hips and legs. Nothing crazy, but with her body-type, if he doesn't like her shape now, he never will. (and then once he thinks she's "perfect in his eyes" she should dump him and go on a PR tour just tell every one how tiny his junk is.)
