As I told you several weeks ago, don't believe the hype the PR people of the foreign born former franchise actor spread where he was already offered a superhero role. I told you it was not a done deal and now the studio is publicly saying they are still deciding between him and the other foreign born actor who had been number one prior to the disaster of a bomb of a movie he stars in that was just released.

DeleteR Patt is confirmed and is a fantastic choice for the role given the direction the script is going with the elseworlds direction. R Patt has been on an insane run recently. And has just gotten a Nolan movie and now Batman. Amazing.

Batman should be played by someone masculine. So, crap choice. Though there is a 3% chance of a pleasant surprise.

Bruce Wayne is a mentally unstable billionaire who at night dresses in costumes and breaks the law. The kind of f*cked up savior Gotham needs. That's why Michael Keaton was the best Batman.

ReplyDeleteOn Blind G they have the BTS on why the studio has chosen R Pattinson: apparently, they decided for Pattinson when they tried the costume on, Pattinson's chin was more convincing , and actually Hoult 's chin is a bit lacking, so, likely wouldn't look good with Batman mask
