Santa Clarita Diet takes a couple episodes to get good, and then it's worth watching. Oliphant gets the best lines, he's worth watching it for. The daughter is good, too. The show definitely grew on me.
ReplyDeleteAnother good one (not great, but good) is Dead To Me, with Christina Applegate. Starts slow, gets good by the end of the first episode.
But yeah, not Drew. I'd put my money on Demi for this one.
The Expanse on Amazon Prime, best show I've seen in years. You don't need to be a SciFi fan to appreciate it, but it might help.
ReplyDeleteOn Netflix The Alienist is good, and Evil Genius is astounding and practically unbelievable given it's a docu series about one of the weirdest true crimes you'll ever hear about. Also the first series of American Vandal.
