What B-list actress/model/celeb spawn has been officially warned about rejoining that cult again by her PR people and that mouse company who want her for the lead role in yet another live action remake of an animated classic? She blew them away with her audition for the part a few years ago, and she also desperately wants to hang on to this role which will rocket her up to A-list. The mouse company already has another person in line for the part if she falls back into the cults clutches. Someone who has been trying to distance herself from her previous work with the mouse company, and will do another project for them in a heartbeat if the paycheck is good.

ReplyDeleteI like Riley Keough. But She's way too old at this point to play Ariel. I mean She's 30 Years Old Now. While The Character of Ariel is suppose to be 16. Honestly I think who Disney Should really be perusing is someone like Kiernan Shipka is 19 Years Old. And has proven that She can be Charming - Has a up for anything attitude and Can Sing. But sadly I feel Disney will probably never consider Her for This Project. Even though they really should.

Riley interests me, bc never heard her sing. I guess Arielle doesnt have to be "young" per se, just innocent and full of wonder. I wouldn't guess the Mouse would pick someone who has starred in a show called The Girlfriend Experience, but, it's acting, and if she nailed it, she nailed it.

ReplyDeleteAs long as it’s not Zendaya, she’s already ruined one iconic redhead. Ariel is based on a beloved European fairytale, Zendaya is not remotely like the Little Mermaid, and she’s a willing Weinsteiner so Disney should drop her from the Spider-Man films too.

I would have loved to see Chloe Grace Moretz as Ariel. She's young enough and drop dead gorgeous - or used to be pre surgery.
