This former A- list mostly television actor who comes from an acting family was supposed to marry his new girlfriend, but he can't afford to get divorced without a major cash infusion or a loan he probably wouldn't be able to repay.
If it is, that would explain why he can’t afford the divorce. She already took him back once after a very public cheating scandal but before their kids, iirc. Now that there are kids... ouch.
And he was spotted back in May engagement ring shopping (allegedly) with his (alleged) girlfriend. Seems likely.
Hanniam, he had 4 kids when he cheated with Sienna Miller. I had to look it up to confirm, but I remember the wife talking about how much he put her and the kids through at the time.
From what I found when looking it up, the affair was in 2008 and the youngest kid was born in 2007.
That being said, I think he's a great guess, except he's the only actor in his family.
Child support is a very real issue, but, geez would that suck to know that finances are the only reason your partner is still with you. And, they're in love, to the point of ring shopping, with someone else. Can only hope the wife has emotionally moved on, too.
@gauloise no way Kirk will EVER divorce. His current income 'brand' is how Christian and upstanding he is. Plus he'd leave for a man not a woman if ever had the gonads to break free from the fold.
Wait, I agree with the Getty guesses but for one thing. The Getty clan isn't an 'acting family' per their fortune by any stretch. Now how they got their fame or money.
