The judge in the case of the disgraced actor is fully on board with pressuring the victim with one ruling after the other. Who wants to bet the latest ruling which is going to be a huge invasion of privacy gets those charges dropped.
The Nantucket bar kid and his mom Heather Unruh deleted information from the kid's phone, apparently before reporting the crime. As a former reporter, I have no idea why she would think that was a good idea

Spacey is a predator, that's clear. But if you're pursuing a criminal case, it serves your interests best to provide any evidence the court is asking for. Is he embarrassed that the court might see his sexts with other people? Is there a way for the phone company to only provide texts between this person and Spacey?

Agreed, this reeks of set up and cash grab
