She grew up in plastic Hollywood, and people made fun of her looks. But in most places she'd live she is not ugly, is perfectly attractive/normal looking, and would have fit in with other heiresses. IOW she coulda done better.
According to Tori's Instagram her entire family is with her in Canada. They finish filming 90210 Friday this week.
