Blind Items Revealed #4

July 13, 2019

This permanent A- list musician from a permanent A/A- list group which is now defunct is using that as an excuse to reduce his child support payments. He is also transferring assets to make it look like he is in bad shape financially.

Nikki Sixx/Donna D'Errico

  4. Imagine a woman who dates or marries a guy who doesn't take care of his kids. Now imagine a woman who dates or marries a very wealthy man who doesn't take care of his children.s

Is she under the impression she won't be out on her ear with a suitcase and destitute one day replaced by the next 34DDD? Is she under the impression that he, like, LOVES her?

Start counting the days, my darling.. 1.. 2.. 3...

  5. R J how would she know that until afterward?

But yeah some people (not only women) think they will be the 'different' or 'more special' one.

  6. NOT defending him but....his kids are all adults.
His youngest is 18, that's an adult, the mother should not be getting child support for an 18 year old. College money, money towards the kid getting their own place or something, I understand but just handing your ex wife money for an adult kid seems weird to me.
Again NOT defending him and he should be helping the DAUGHTER with education costs etc but he owes the ex jack sh*t imo. The kid is a LEGAL ADULT, it should be between him and her.

  7. For males the child support goes until 21. It's antiquated law probably based upon the presumption girls marry at 18.

Not sure if that's in all U. S. states.

Regardless, that's his flesh, blood, and heir.

What's the downside to helping his own kid?

  8. @ Samantha REALLY? Child support is until 21. Well he only has a GIRL with Donna as far as I can see. His sons are by other moms. And there is an article online saying she got a BOOST in child support payments in 2016 because of his farewell tour's success. Maybe it hasn't since been modified but I think the girl is 18. Her son was not by Sixx.

  9. kiki - guess I misread the comment by MStyles. Strange.

Enty's the lawyer here! Maybe he knows.

I have no clue what type of kids that hair rocker spawned, or what the court judgment was in his case.

Either way...If it's ruled he has to pay it.

If he's hiding money to avoid helping his own kid(s) - see my 1st comment: Rat.

  10. Child support is until 18 or whatever the Child graduates from High School (if 19).
I WISH it went to age 21. Forget about getting help with College costs & Insurance after age 18.

  11. I have 2 Sons, we live in the U.S.
Child Support and any legal financial obligations, from their Dad, ended when they turned 18.

  12. She's over 18. He should pay for her education but I get not giving it to the ex

I was never a fan of his.

  14. Then either it differs by state or it's changed - thanks for the info.

So what were the terms of the judgment, since he's been named as the rat?

  15. Its possible that since the daughter turned 18 that he is giving any money directly to the daughter. She kind of been living as an adult for a few years already. She had a baby at 16 y/o that died at birth. and is a makeup artist.

  16. Anyone who would legally change their name to Nikki Sixx, two x's to make it cooler man... - Is a friggin idiot. Apple doesn't fall far from the dirt bag tree.

  17. Sounds like Donna is trying to enforce a past judgment. Child support obligations stop when a kid turns 18, but any past support that you fail to pay is still owed and, in most states, will accrue interest.

  18. Yeah I don't think it's 21 anywhere. Certainly not in the US.
