The manager has not yet made any statements about the recent source of funding of a transaction, but he did make sure he got some positive publicity by leaking to the world that he helped out the female A list singer he manages.

MTV made a big oopsie for her, they nominated her for all these awards and she isn't going to be at the ceremony. Spoiler alert those people who win these "awards" are the same people who show up for the show.
